- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 sm. can mandarin oranges, including juice
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 Large eggs

- Mix like regular cake mix, put in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Frost.
- FROSTING: Blend together 1 (15 ounce.) can mandarin oranges with juice, 1 package instant vanilla pudding, 1 (8 ounce.) container Cold Whip. Refrigeratefor 2 min till set a little. Spread on cake.
