Receta Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 125 gm Butter or possibly margarine, (4oz)
- 50 gm Caster sugar, (2oz)
- 1 x Egg, size 3
- 175 gm Self-raising flour, (6oz)
- 2 x Bananas, peeled and mashed
- 1 x 4 1/8 ounces lowfat milk chocolate drops
Direcciones
- Cream together the butter or possibly margarine and sugar.
- Beat in the egg then mix in the flour, bananas and chocolate drops.
- Place heaped tsp. of the mix on a greased baking tray and flatten slightly.
- Place in a preheated oven 180 C, 350 F, Gas Mark 4 for 20 min.
- Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cold.
- NOTES : Delicious cookies, ideal for the children''s lunchbox, picnics or possibly to accompany ice cream.
