Receta Mandarin Orange Salad With Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. wine or possibly apple cider vinegar
- 1 c. oil
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 4 dashes red pepper sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 head iceburg lettuce, ripped
- 1 head romaine lettuce, ripped
- 4 stalks celery, minced
- 4 scallions, minced
- 8 ounce. can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1 c. candied pecans or possibly walnuts
Direcciones
- Shake together in a jar the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper sauce, parsley and sugar; store in refrigerator. Clean remaining ingredients, toss together and toss with dressing. Serves 4.
