Receta Mandarin Shrimp Salad
Ingredientes
- 1/2 bunch spinach
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
- 1/3 - 1/2 pound sm. shrimp
- 1/2 white onion, sliced thin
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges
Direcciones
- Wash lettuce and spinach; drain. Tear into bite sized pcs. Toss with shrimp, onions and oranges, reserving 1/3 for garnish. Toss lightly with sesame-soy dressing. Add in reserved garnish.
