Receta Mandel Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Blend oil and sugar. Add in beaten Large eggs and mix well. Combine flour with baking pwdr and chocolate chips. Stir into egg mix till thoroughly mixed. Add in vanilla; blend well.
- Shape dough into 3 equal thick strips on ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in oven for 20 min. Remove and cut crosswise into 1/2" thick slices. Return to oven. Turn heat up to 400 degrees till slices are toasty and browned.
