Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
- 1 can (8 ounce.) chopped clams
- Thyme, salt & pepper
Direcciones
- Heat butter in saucepan. Add in onion, green pepper and celery; cook till onion is transparent. Meanwhile, cook potatoes in water to cover for 5 min. Measure potato water and add in boiling water to make 2 c.. Add in potatoes and water to pan. Add in tomatoes and liquid from clams, bring to boil. Simmer 5 min. Season to taste with thyme, salt and pepper. Add in clams, heat.
