Ingredientes

1 lb butter
1 lb sugar
400 gm yellow corn flour
100 gm wheat flour
10 x Large eggs
3 tsp baking pwdr
4 shot aguardiente or possibly rum

Direcciones

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugar to a creamy consistency. Gradually incorporate Large eggs, one at a time. Add in the flour and the baking pwdr slowly to blend. Finally add in the aguardiente and mix thoroughly. Bake for 30-60 min in a baking pan.
