Name: Maple Syrup Cookies
Ingredients: 1 3/4 c. maple syrup; 1/4 c. lard; 3 x Large eggs, beaten; 3 c. flour, heaping; 1/4 tsp salt; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp baking pwdr, rounded; 1/2 tsp nutmeg; 1/2 tsp cloves; 1/2 c. nuts; 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Ingredientes

1 3/4 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. lard
3 x Large eggs, beaten
3 c. flour, heaping
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking pwdr, rounded
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Direcciones

Mix syrup, lard, Large eggs, and salt. Sift dry ingredients and add in. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by tsp. on to greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a moderate oven till they spring back when lightly touched. Bake at 350-375 degrees.
