Receta Maple Syrup Nut Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 1/4 c. Flour
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Maple syrup
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Minced nuts
- 1/2 c. White sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Soft shortening
- 2 x Large eggs
Direcciones
- Sift dry ingredients together into bowl. Add in syrup, shortening and lowfat milk; beat 2 min. Add in Large eggs and beat 2 min. Add in choppeed nuts and mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9" pans. Bake in 350 oven for 25 to 30 min. Frost. By Pamela Graves - Serves 18
