Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd meat
- 1/2 pound grnd lean pork
- 1/2 pound grnd veal
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 2 Large eggs
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients well. Form into medium balls and fry in small amount of fat to brown. Add in to tomato sauce and cook for approximately 1 hour.
