  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. Sherry
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, crushed or possibly finely chopped, (up to 4)
  • 2 lrg Sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 5 sprg fresh oregano
  • 5 sprg fresh lemon thyme Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive dish. Add in peeled and deveined shrimp of your choice (I used tiger shrimp). Marinate 2 to 3 hrs. Thread shrimp on soaked bamboo skewers, barbecue 3 to 4 mins per side, til done.
