Receta Marinade For Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. Sherry
- 3 x Cloves garlic, crushed or possibly finely chopped, (up to 4)
- 2 lrg Sprigs fresh rosemary
- 5 sprg fresh oregano
- 5 sprg fresh lemon thyme Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive dish. Add in peeled and deveined shrimp of your choice (I used tiger shrimp). Marinate 2 to 3 hrs. Thread shrimp on soaked bamboo skewers, barbecue 3 to 4 mins per side, til done.
