Receta Marinated Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp dry basil
- 6 x center-cut pork chops, 1/2" thick
Direcciones
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large shallow dish or possibly heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add in pork chops. Cover or possibly seal, and refrigerate2 hrs, turning occasionally.
- Remove chops from marinade, reserving marinade for basting. Bring marinade to a rolling boil in a small saucepan, and boil at least 1 minute.
- Grill pork chops, covered with grill lid, over medium heat (300 to 350 degrees) 30 to 40 min or possibly till done, turning often and basting with marinade.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
