Receta Marinated Grilled Tuna

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Sherry
- 1/4 c. Sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 x Clover garlic, chopped
- 8 x Tuna steaks, 1/2 inch thick
Direcciones
- Mix all the marinade ingredients and marinate tuna for no more than 2 hrs. I broil them for about 3 min per side. I use a little wasabi with mine, but of course my kids do not like it which way. Originally, I had this in a restaurant and they served some kind of wasabi mayonnaise or possibly sauce with this, but I like it with just plain wasabi.
