Receta Marinated Mozzarella With Herbs

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Heluva Good Mozzarella, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. Basil leaves, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Italian parsley, minced
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes, if you like
Direcciones
- Overlap cheese slices in a large shallow pan (if cubed us bowl). Top with remaining ingredients. Coat cheese slices or possibly cubes. Cover thightly and chill at least 2 hrs. Turn on to serving platter. Serve with grilled bread or possibly pick up cubes with food picks as an appetizer.
