Receta Marinated Salmon Cubes Tartare
Raciónes: 4
Ingredientes
- 1 x skinless boneless filet of salmon, cut into 12 x 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Tamari Soy Sauce (Asian section of most grocery stores)
- 1 x green onion, finely sliced
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (black sesame seeds if possible) tabasco, optional
Direcciones
- In a Ziplock bag, combine the salmon cubes, the oil and the Tamari soy sauce. Let marinate, refrigerated, for at least 12 hrs. Overnight is fine.
- Pat salmon cubes gently dry on a serving platter. Sprinkle decoratively with green onion and sesame seeds. Give each cube a small shot of Tabasco (if using). Pierce each piece with a short skewer. Serve.
- This is the world's simplest cocktail snack - but it has a kind of cold elegance which belies its simplicity. If you are even slightly interested in Sushi, you'll love this - it's pretty sexy.
- (Note: Salmon is essentially raw and so must be absolutely, impeccably fresh. Make sure you are confident in your source.)
- Marinated Salmon Cubes Tartare yields 12 pcs.
