Receta Marinated Sirloin Kabobs

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Lemon-lime carbonated beverage (like 7-up, or possibly sprite)
- 1/4 c. Dry sherry
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 lb Sirloin steak, cut into 1" cubes
- 2 c. Cherry tomatoes
- 2 med Carrots, cut into eighths
- 1/2 lb Fresh mushroom caps
- 2 med Size green peppers, cut into 1" pcs
- 1 sm Pineapple, cut into 1" pcs

- Hi everyone!! It's summer (!) in the United States, so here's one of my favorite grill recipes. It comes from America's Best Recipes (Southern Living). Enjoy!
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a large shallow bowl. Add in beef cubes, cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 hrs, stirring occasionally. Remove beef cubes from marinade, reserving marinade. Alternately thread beef cubes, tomatoes, onions, mushroom caps, green pepper and pineapple onto skewers.
- Grill, covered, over medium-warm coals (350 degrees to 400 degrees) 10-12 min or possibly to desired degree of doneness, turning and basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
- Makes 4-5 servings.
