Ingredientes
- 1 c. Basic Brazilian Tomato Sauce (see recipe), pureed
- 4 lrg clams in shells
- 3 x raw shrimp unshelled
- 1 1/4 lb lobster split
- 4 x sea scallops
- 1 c. Basic Brazilian Tomato Sauce (see recipe), unpureed Minced fresh parsley for garnish
Direcciones
- Place 1 c. of pureed Basic Brazilian Tomato Sauce in an individual casserole dish. Arrange clams in casserole. Cover.
- Bake in 400 degree oven 5 min. Add in shrimp and lobster. Cover.
- Return to oven and bake 10 min. Add in scallops. Top with 1 c. of unpureed Basic Brazilian Tomato Sauce. Return to oven 5 - 10 min till all seafood is tender and cooked.
- Serve in covered dish sprinkled with minced parsley to garnish.
- This recipe yields 1 serving.
