Ingredientes
- 4 tart apples
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. fructose
- 1 teaspoon butter, melted
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Direcciones
- Line a pie tin with crust. Peel carefully and grate apples. Add in to the pulp the yolks of Large eggs, fructose, butter, salt and nutmeg. Mix and turn into crust to bake at 400 degrees for 40 min. When cooked cover with meringue.
