Ingredientes

2 x 8 ounce pkgs cream cheese, softened
5 ounce Sharp cheddar cheese, (ex. sharp)
1 Tbsp. Maui onion, grated
1/2 c. Sweet pickle relish
1 tsp Salt
1/2 c. Macadamia nuts, minced fine
1/4 c. Fresh parsley, minced fine

Direcciones

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the mac nuts and parsley and mix well. Shape into a ball and cover with wax paper. Place in a rice bowl and use as a mold to make a nice round ball. Refrigeratefor several hrs. Before serving roll the ball in a combination of the mac nuts and parsley. This is a winner! I've never served it but there are all kinds of requests for the recipe!
