- 1 chocolate cake mix - mixed as box indicates
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Make cake as box directs. Pour into a 9x13 greased and floured cake pan. Mix cheese, vanilla, sugar and Large eggs. Spoon over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 min.
