Receta Maryland Style Crab Cakes

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Crab meat
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise (preferably homemade)
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Soft bread crumbs
- 2 lrg Large eggs, beaten
- 8 Tbsp. Butter
Direcciones
- GENTLY BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS, except the butter. Shape into 8-10 crab cakes and chill 30 min. Heat butter in a large skillet and saute/fry crab cakes till golden on all sides, 5-7 min. Serve with lemon wedges or possibly an appropriate sauce.
