Receta Mashed Banana Squash And Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 4 lrg russet potatoes peeled, cooked, and mashed
- 2 lb banana squash cooked and mashed
- 1/2 c. chopped scallions
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped thyme salt and pepper paprika
Direcciones
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and puree till smooth.
- Place in a greased casserole dish and dust with additional paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min to heat through.
- NOTES : People are just starting to utilize some of the more unique squashes on the market. This mix is a gentle introduction to banana squash.
