Receta Meat Loaf With Cheese Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 pound Velveeta
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 c. oats
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
Direcciones
- Oven 350 degrees. Stir Velveeta, lowfat milk and mustard over low heat till smooth. Reserve 1 c. Velveeta sauce. Mix remaining with other ingredients; blend well. Shape into loaf. Bake 60 min. Then pour 1 c. of reserved sauce on top.
