Ingredientes
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, minced
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and finely shredded
- 1/2 cup minced celery
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 lbs. total of beef, pork and veal mixed (meatloaf mix)
- 3/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 - 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 3 - 35 oz. canned italian plum tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1-1/2 tsps. dried oregano
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. oregano
