Receta Meatless Split Green Pea Soup

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound green split peas
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 carrots, cut in very sm. pcs
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1 toe garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf (opt.)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
Direcciones
- Wash and sort peas. Place in pan and cover with water. Soak overnight if possible. In morning, add in remaining ingredients. Add in water to barely cover. Cook in pressure cooker 20 min. Can be cooked in ordinary pan for approximately 2 1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally and adding more water if necessary.
