Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 heaping teaspoon horseradish
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- Sm. can mushrooms (optional)
Direcciones
- MEATLOAF: Combine grnd beef, oatmeal, onion, 1/2 can tomato sauce, egg, heaping tsp. horseradish and salt and pepper. Place in deep baking dish.
- SAUCE FOR TOP: Combine 1/2 can tomato sauce, 1/2 c. water, heaping tsp. horseradish, prepared mustard, vinegar and brown sugar in bowl. Pour over top of meatloaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min or possibly till fork comes out clean.
