Receta Meatloaf Family Style

Ingredientes
- 3 lbs. grnd chuck
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 shakes of salt
- 1 or possibly 2 lbs. carrots
Direcciones
- Mix all together, except carrots. Shape into loaf and place in roasting pan. Clean carrots, put around meat loaf. Add in a little water to pan. Cook at 350 degrees, covered for 1 hour and 45 min. Put sauce down center of meatloaf. Cook 15 min uncovered. Serves 6.
