Ingredientes
- 2 lb unpeeled large fresh shrimp
- 1/3 c. dry sherry
- 1/3 c. sesame oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp grnd ginger

- Peel shrimp, leaving tails intact; devein if you like.
- Combine sherry and remaining ingredients in a large shallow dish; add in shrimp, stirring gently. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 hrs, stirring occasionally.
- Drain shrimp, reserving marinade. Bring marinade to a boil over high heat; remove from heat, and set aside. Thread neck and tail of each shrimp onto six 14-inch skewers so shrimp will lie flat.
- Grill shrimp, uncovered, over medium-warm coals (350 to 400 degrees) 3 to 4 min on each side or possibly till shrimp turn pink, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
