Receta Mediterranean Green Bean And Almonds

Ingredientes
- butter flavored cooking spray
- 1/4 tsp extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- 10 ounce Petite Whole Green Beans (C&W frzn) thawed and towel dry
- 1 pch salt and pepper each
- 1 x garlic clove chopped parsley, oregano and lemon zest finely minced
Direcciones
- Toast the almonds with the oil in a sprayed skillet over medium low heat. When lightly browned, add in the beans, and a healthy pinch of salt and pepper. Saute/fry for one two min. Add in the garlic and saute/fry for one more minute. Add in a healthy pinch of herbs to taste. Correct seasoning. Serve warm.
- PARSLEY, OREGANO AND LEMON ZEST: We used 2 parts flat leaf parsley with 1 part fresh oregano; plus lemon zest to taste; some salt and pepper and grnd coriander seed.
