Ingredientes
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Santa Fe seasoning blend
- granulated garlic or possibly garlic pwdr
- pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Cut potatoes into thin wedges. Coat with extra virgin olive oil. In a large zipper bag, combine cheese, seasoning blend, garlic and pepper. Add in potatoes, shake well.
- Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
- Serve with lowfat sour cream and salsa.
