Receta Mexican Corn Bread Bake

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 env. chili seasoning mix
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef in skillet, stirring till crumbly; drain. Add in onion and green pepper. Cook for several min, stirring frequently. Add in salt, seasoning mix and tomato sauce. Spoon into baking dish. Spread mix of corn muffin mix and evaporated lowfat milk over grnd beef mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min or possibly till brown.
