Receta Mexican Corn Bread Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. cream style corn
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 1 c. minced peppers
- 1 warm, 1 sweet bell & mix
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef, onion and add in cumin; mix with cheese. Grease 12 inch pan (iron frying pan is best). Sprinkle with cornmeal and place in stove to get hot. Place 1/2 cornmeal mix in pan, add in meat and cheese. Top with remaining cornmeal mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min.
