Receta Mexican Deviled Eggs

Ingredientes
- 12 x Hard Boiled Large eggs, Lg, Peeled
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise Or possibly Salad Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. Cumin, Grnd
- 1 Tbsp. Capers, Finely Minced
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard, Prepared
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 x Jalapeno Pepper, * Red Chiles, Grnd Cilantro, Fresh, Snipped
Direcciones
- * Jalapeno Chile should be seeded and finely minced.
- Cut the Large eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out the yolks and mash with a fork. Mix the mashed yolks with the mayonnaise, cumin, capers, mustard, salt and the jalapeno pepper. Fill the egg whites with the egg yolk mix, heaping lightly. Sprinkle with grnd red chiles and garnish with the cilantro.
