Receta Mexican Grilled Swordfish With Tomato Salsa

Ingredientes
- 4 x 10 ounce swordfish, steaks
- 1/4 c. lime, juice
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp dry red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp dry oregano Tomato Salsa
- 2 x tomato, minced
- 1 x red onion, minced
- 1 x chili pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil, leaves
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon, juice salt, to taste pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Combine lime juice, oil, chili pwdr, warm pepper flakes and oregano. Add in fish to marinade and coat both sides. Chill covered for 1 hour.
- Prepare salsa.
- Grill fish and baste with marinade. Fish is done when flesh begins to flake.
- Serve with tomato salsa on side.
- Tomato Salsa:Add in all salsa ingredients and toss. Chill for 2 hrs.
