Receta Mexican Nacho Platter

Ingredientes
- 2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 1/2 c. chunky salsa
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
- 3 c. guacamole
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Cilantro
- Black olives
- Lg. bag tortilla chips
Direcciones
- Spread beans evenly to the edge of large baking dish. Brown grnd beef and onion in frying pan, then drain. Pour salsa into beef. Stir and heat. Layer over beans, leaving a 1 inch border. Layer cheddar over beef, then spread the guacamole. Next, smooth the lowfat sour cream over top. Then garnish with cilantro, black olives. Scoop tortilla chips into mix and enjoy!
