Receta Mexican Style Alaska Cod

Ingredientes
- 4 sht Reynolds Wrap heavy-duty aluminum foil - (12" x 18" ea)
- 4 x cod fillets - (4 to 6 ounce ea)
- 2 c. frzn whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c. minced green or possibly red bell pepper
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees or possibly preheat grill to medium-high. Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place one cod fillet on each sheet of foil. Top with corn, green pepper, and salsa.
- Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to create four packets, leaving room for heat circulation inside packets.
- Bake 18 to 22 min on a cookie sheet in oven or possibly grill 10 to 12 min in a covered grill. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
