Receta Mexican Style Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredientes
- 2 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. salsa
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
Direcciones
- Mix Large eggs and salsa in small bowl. Combine bread crumbs, chili pwdr, cumin, garlic salt and oregano in flat pan. Dip halved breasts in egg wash and then roll in crumb mix. Repeat a second time.
- Heat butter in 9x13 inch pan. Roll chicken in butter and place boned side down. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25-30 min till done. Serve with additional salsa, lowfat sour cream, guacamole and a wedge of lime.
