Ingredientes
- 3 to 4 lbs. beef short ribs
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 (10 ounce.) can beef consomme
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
Direcciones
- Put ribs in slow cooker. Mix consomme and taco mix. Add in green pepper. Pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs.
