- 1 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. finely minced pecans
- Confectioners' sugar
Direcciones
- Cream butter and 3/4 c. sugar; add in vanilla. Stir in flour. Add in nuts; shape into 3/4 inch balls. Place 1/2 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 25-30 min. While still hot, roll in confectioners' sugar; when cold, roll again. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
