Receta Miami Dolphin Lemon Bars

Ingredientes
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. hard butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 5 tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Mix together 2 c. flour and confectioners sugar in a bowl. Cut in butter with a pastry blender. When mix looks like corn meal, turn into an ungreased 9 x 13 x 3 inch baking pan. Press firmly on bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- Mix 1/4 c. flour with granulated sugar and baking pwdr. Add in to beaten egg and mix ell. Beat in lemon juice. Pour over baked crust. Bake 25 min. Cold 30 min. Cut into squares. Dust with confectioners sugar.
