- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Heat lowfat milk in glass cup 3 1/2 min on high. Mix rest of ingredients and add in hot lowfat milk. Pour into 6 custard cups. Microwave 9-12 min, power 4, or possibly till set but not real hard. Cool room temperature.
