Receta Microwave Peach Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 pch cloves
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Heavy cream
- 1 x Cinnamon/sugar mix

- Combine peaches, sugars, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves in 2 qt souffle dish. Let stand 5 min. Dot with butter, cover tightly.
- Microwave on high 10 min. Uncover, stir in cornstarch dissolved in water.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr. Cut in margarine, Stir in lowfat milk and cream just till dough comes together. Turn onto floured board. Roll to 1/2" thickeness, cut into 2" rounds.
- Top peach mix with a ring of biscuits, sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.
- Spoon some of the juices over the biscuits. Cover. Microcook on high 1 minute, uncover, Microcook on high 5 min. Let stand 10-15 min.
