Receta Microwave Swedish Meatballs
Ingredientes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk (divided)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Direcciones
- Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup milk, onion, parsley, salt, allspice and pepper. Shape into 1-1/4” meatballs (about 20). Arrange in 8-inch square microwave safe dish. Cover with wax paper. Cook at high 6-8 minutes.
- In small bowl, blend soup and remaining milk; combine with meatballs. Cook, covered, at medium-high for 3-5
- minutes, or until heated through.
