Receta Microwave Swiss Vegetable Medley

Ingredientes
- 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. frzn broccoli, carrots, cauliflower (thawed & liquid removed)
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounce.)
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can fried onions (2.8 ounce.)
Direcciones
- Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 c. cheese, lowfat sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions. Pour into a 1 qt casserole. Place in microwave, covered and cook on high 8 min. Turn 1/2 way through. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Put back in microwave, uncovered, and cook on high 1 minute.
