Receta Microwaved Glazed Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 1 (20 ounce.) pkg. frzn baby carrots
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn pearl onions
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. frzn sugar snap peas
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 4 teaspoon cocoa pwdr
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 c. frzn orange pineapple juice concentrate
- 1/4 c. butter
Direcciones
- In glass bowl, cook carrots and onions on high 12 min, stirring once. Drain, add in peas. In another glass bowl, mix sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Stir in juice. Add in butter. Cook on high 5 min, stirring twice, till thickened. Add in to vegetables; heat on high 3 min. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
