Receta Milano Shrimp Fettucine

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce egg or possibly spinach fettucine
- 1/2 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 x clove garlic chopped
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x (14 1/2 ounce.) can Del Monte Pastas' Style Chunky Tomatoes
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
Direcciones
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Cook shrimp and garlic in warm oil in large skillet over medium high heat till shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Stir in tomatoes. Simmer 5 min. Blend in cream and green onion. Heat through but don't boil. Serve over warm pasta.
- Makes 3 servings. This is a fast and easy recipe can be doubled if needed.
