Receta Mile High Peach Pie

Ingredientes
- 16 x graham crackers 2x2 inch
- 2 Tbsp. margerine
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 x egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 c. whipped topping
- 4 x peaches peeled - finely chop
- 1 pch salt
Direcciones
- Crush crackers in a blender or possibly with a rolling pin and transfer to a pie plate. Heat margarine and stir into cracker crumbs, pressing mix proportionately over bottom and up sides of the pan. In medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, egg whites, vanilla and lemon juice; beat at medium speed for 15 min or possibly till mix is stiff. Mix in whipped topping and peaches. Pile lightly into prepared crumb shell. Refrigeratefor 1 1/2 hrs and serve.
