Receta Millet Mango Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Millet Flour
- 1 c. Brown Rice Flour
- 1/2 c. Oat Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Pwdr
- 1 c. Water
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 c. Rice Syrup or possibly honey
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 c. Almonds minced (optional)
- 1 x Mango minced *

- Mix the dry ingredients well in a mixing bowl, then add in the water, vanilla, oil and sweetener. (hot the honey first for easier mixing). Mix thoroughly. Mix in almonds and fruit, spoon into muffin tin till about 1/4 inch from the top. Bake for 15 to 20 mins in a 375 degree oven.
