Receta Minced Clam Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 (3 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 can chopped clams, liquid removed (reserve some liquid)
- 1 tbsp. clam juice
- Dash or possibly pepper
Direcciones
- Rub mixing bowl with garlic clove.
- Blend cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, clams, clam juice and pepper.
- Serve with veggies or possibly chips.
- (You may want to add in 1 more Tbsp. of clam juice for whatever "dipping" consistency you wish. I use just one.)
