  1. Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated vegetables - the best way is to lay them on several sheets of kitchen paper and then cover with more paper and press down. Mix the vegetables together in a bowl with seasoning and flour.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry heaped Tbsp. of the mix, flattening them with a fork to make spiky round croquettes. Saute/fry for about 5 min, turning halfway through. They should be golden brown on the outside and cooked inside.
